We have pledged our support of Open to All, a coalition dedicated to making retail stores welcoming places for diverse consumers. In 2022, we joined leading other retailers to establish Open to All’s Mitigate Racial Bias in Retail Charter, committing to abate the negative impacts of racially-biased and unfair treatment from the shopper experience.
#Recognizing Unconscious Bias
We have and will continue to provide our employees with training on recognizing and unpacking unconscious bias in the workplace and beyond. We have demonstrated this commitment through our participation in the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion.
We held our first Day of Understanding in 2020 to provide a forum for open and honest discussion. Each year we continue to illuminate the range of personal experiences through additional opportunities for understanding and learning.
